Celebrating HR Leaders Who Champion Employee Growth and Inspire Excellence
HRO Today's 2024 HR Superstars awards recognize those who go above and beyond to support their teams, focusing on employee health, well-being and career progression. The list includes Sevenstep's President Amy Bush and Senior Vice President of Operations and AI Koye Adejumo. Joining them are customers Debbie Fulton (Chief HR Officer, Diversified), Kerry Hutsell (Senior TA Director, The Standard) and Rachel McHugh (Global Head of Talent, Sonesta).
Sevenstep also celebrates Tammy Browning, president of Kelly OCG, for earning a spot on the HRO Today HR Superstars list. Bush's honor reflects her influence in the strategic workforce solutions industry. With over 20 years of experience navigating complex challenges for organizations across industries, including several Fortune 100 customers, she drove 10% overall business growth in the last year. Before and during Sevenstep's acquisition by Kelly Services, her leadership ensured operational stability, resulting in retaining 95% of employees, 100% of managed service provider clients and 95% of recruitment outsourcing client while promoting 20% of her staff. She also led visionary solutions now available across Sevenstep's client portfolio, including a predictive recruiting model that identifies high-rish requisitions and deploys specialty recruiting resources to empower timely talent fulfillment.
Adejumo was also named an HR Superstar for his leadership of Sevenstep's workforce analytics division. By applying a unified data model that integrates market trends, talent supply and demand, and resource costs, Adejumo expanded existing client relationships by more than one-third over the last year, far outpacing industry trends.
