Boston – October 2, 2023 – Sevenstep, a global talent solutions leader, won the TIARA Talent Solutions Europe Early Careers Initiative award for its innovative excellence in recruiting hard-to-fill roles. The honor recognized Sevenstep’s success in engaging with emerging talent through apprenticeships and other programs designed for recent graduates.
A high concentration of multinational companies and a proportionally low total workforce created a barrier to building long-term talent pools in Ireland, a problem one global healthcare and well-being company tackled through its partnership with Sevenstep.
Sevenstep addressed this regional workforce challenge by implementing a sustainable, multi-layered early careers program that responded and scaled to real-time workforce needs amid the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The integrated plan included baseline recruitment activities, marketing collateral, email marketing, lead generation, community partnerships and event facilitation of 22 events targeting young professionals. The effort yielded 650+ applications and 15 direct hires – with five additional referral hires from event attendees.
