Attendees included Sevenstep clients and prospects from the oil and gas, logistics, member services and healthcare industries.
Topics discussed include 2021 talent acquisition and business objectives, internal mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion challenges and opportunities, and how technology is being used as a competitive differentiator during these dynamic times.

As healthcare organizations face ongoing challenges to ramp up, especially as the vaccine becomes more readily available, oil and gas faces a ‘double-downturn,’ with cyclically down oil prices and decreases in demand as a result of COVID-19. The objectives of “The Exchange” series is to offer Sevenstep clients a forum to collaborate, discuss key trends and share how their organizations are responding to challenging talent acquisition problems, as well as to network with peers outside of their industries.
