Boston – February 21, 2024 – Sevenstep announced today that President Amy Bush has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2024 Staffing 100 North America list. The annual list honors influential staffing leaders who have impacted their companies and the industry during challenging economic conditions.

Sevenstep has significantly enhanced its operational capability, delivery and growth capacity, and technology innovation under Bush’s leadership. The company’s revenue grew substantially from 2021 to 2023 due mainly to high client satisfaction amid changing skills demands. Sevenstep’s workforce grew by 37% based on solid retention and promotion rates, exceeding industry norms at 49% since 2021. At the same time, the company has expanded its operations to 65 countries.
As an example of the company’s practical approach to technology innovation, she led an initiative in 2023 to boost recruiting performance for challenging roles. The effort applied machine learning through Sevenstep’s proprietary Sevayo® Insights technology integration platform to predict vacancies at risk of aging and then deploy specialized recruiters to manage those roles. The initiative reduced time-to-fill by 18 days and aging down to 6%, yielding a 90%+ hiring manager Net Promoter Score and a positive impact on the client. The strategy is now part of the recruitment performance approach that extends across the entire Sevenstep client base.
